“I like that Austin is such a good teacher and he explain everything to me about not only what exercises I am doing, but how my muscles work and what things I should think about when I’m working on my own. I like most that I can ask him anything and also that he is so good at what he does, he can adjust to my changes in status (like sprained backs!). My training sessions are like an oasis in my week where I feel motivated and energized, and that is because of his skills as a trainer and teacher!”
