    Austin Roberts has been my physical trainer three times a week over the past year.  During this time my physical fitness has increased significantly.  I attribute my increased flexibility, strength, and balance for the most part to Austin’s excellent working knowledge of the body and willingness to help individuals reach their potential without injuries.
    Past experience with different trainers helps me acknowledge how Austin stands out in comparison.  He has a good understanding of how to increase the tempo and the amount of weight and the range of motion, so the physical exertion is not too strenuous resulting in injury.  His approach is motivating and reassuring, which are important for people with uncertainty about their physicality, who are starting an exercise program.
    Austin’s method builds self-confidence and a desire to keep maintaining your exercises and stretching, and you come to realize that it improves how you walk, move, and feel and all the while it’s fun.  In fact, often the class he is conducting is laughing out loud while keeping on task .
    Personally I’ve been able to stop taking a medication because my heart is healthier than it’s been in seven years and I attribute that improvement to increased exercising, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being.  I thank Austin because these experiences have had a positive and significant impact medically, physically, and psychologically.
